How to build your boards

It's a great idea to understand the occasion for your grazing boards and also what time of day the food will be consumed. Is this going to be as a main meal for your birthday or perhaps as evening food at your wedding? We suggest deciding this early on as this will ultimately determine how much people eat and in turn how much we recommend you order.

Firstly it's a good idea to have a rough idea of numbers so you can plan ahead and think about how much food each person needs, for example we recommend a 0.5m board would feed 10 people comfortably or maybe more if it's just for nibbles, or alternatively if your wanting your guests to be super social or a glam networking event then maybe Grazing Cups would be ideal?! It's also great if you have a theme to stick to such as cheese & wine, this way everything flows. Although we're not against a bit of everything!

We offer a generous range of graze board options to make your day special but our favourite thing to do is to be super creative and put a few different graze boards together to create a truly outstanding and impressive grazing table. Think about offering plenty of choice for your guests and what will blow them away. For example, for 100 guests you could choose to partner up 2 metres of Luxury Grazing, 1 metre of Seasonal Crudites 1 or Vegan Graze Board, 2 metres of A Taste of the Mediterranean and then finish off with Seasonal Fruit Grazing Board to or even pull all the stops out with a Celebration Cheese Cake and Luxury Artisan Crackers & Chutney Package. Alternatively if you have 100 guests who are sat at tables of 10 you could maybe choose 10 x 0.5 metre boards or mix it up for different dietary requirement i.e. 8 x The Gourmet Ploughman's Graze Board and then 1 x Vegetarian Gourmet Ploughman's Graze Board and 1 The Vegan Graze Board x for the Vegans in your party... how fantastic does that sound?!

Think about where your table or boards will be seen. All our boards come made up, wrapped and ready to be served so nothing needs to be put together by you, except a space to present! Speak to us directly if you think you need help with this aspect and we'd be happy to chat!

Once you've created your order, at the checkout you'll be able to select whether you'd like to collect or choose a date and time slot for delivery. We recommend you select a time slot so that you have time to consume your food consumed within 3 hours of collection or delivery. If you have somewhere refrigerated to store your boards then this can be longer.
